Petrilla is as guilty as ScrapNeck and all the other felons at the courthouse. As the county controller she can't fool anyone that she had no clue as to what was going on or that she had no say in the policies. The county controller's job is to monitor money and make and enforce policies related to money.
Maybe I should play dumb. It might make me get a promotion.

she was not promoted. she was elected, which is considerable worse. a promotion would be a mistake by one person or a very small group. this was a mistake by thousands
True but she moved up the county ladder thanks to the morons (i.e., blind voters) who support the Children of the Coal (i.e., Luzerne County democrats). This is why I label it a promotion.
